Job Description

We are seeking a young and energetic Junior Administrative Assistant with at least 2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate must be highly proficient in using mobile and online technology, particularly Office 365, and will play a crucial role in supporting our day-to-day operations and special projects. This position requires someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.

The ideal candidate will exhibit high standards, excellent communication skills, and have an ability to take initiative, and prioritize daily tasks. A strong ability to take charge and meet tight deadlines will ensure your success in this multi-faceted role.

Responsibilities
  • Handle and coordinate active calendars.
  • Schedule and confirm meetings.
  • Provide ad hoc support around office as needed.
  • Follow up on orders and quotes to ensure timely execution and delivery.
  • Conduct stock taking and manage inventory to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Assist in compiling and preparing documents, tenders, proposals, and other critical business materials.
  • Coordinate and manage relationships with suppliers, consultants, and vendors to ensure smooth operations.
  • Provide general administrative support including managing emails, scheduling meetings, and maintaining files.
  • Utilize Office 365 and other technology tools to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Perform additional administrative duties as required to support the team.
  • Assist with marketing and management of social media platforms.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Must be highly proficient in English.
  • Proficiency in Office 365 and be technically savvy.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must have a vehicle and a valid driver’s license.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
